    Kathmandu Valley lies at the crossroads of the ancient civilizations of Asia and has more than 120 important monuments including several places of pilgrimage for Hindus and Buddhists. The political, commercial and cultural hub of Nepal is the first stop for the majority of visitors to the country.

    On this 4-days tour package you will have the opportunity to explore the mysterious ancient city of Kathmandu, as well as the wonderful complex of one of the Hindu temples; Pashupatinath, and the world renowned Buddhist Stupas of Boudhanath and Swambhunath. You will also be able to take an extended sightseeing tour of the ancient cities of Bhaktapur and Patan.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, transfer to hotel in Kathmandu. Evening dinner with cultural show and overnight at hotel. 

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley and World Heritage Site Sightseeing by car

After breakfast if weather permits, early morning Mt. Everest flight( Extra cost of $160 USD), visit Pashupatinath, situated 5 km east of Kathmandu. The temple of Lord Shiva, Pathupatinath with its two-tiered golden roof and silver doors is considered one of the holiest Hindu shrines. You will then visit Boudhanath, which lies 3kms east of Pashupati. This ancient colossal Buddhist stupa is one of the biggest in the world. It was listed as a UNESCO Heritage Monument in 1979. After lunch you will proceed to Swayambhunath, one of the world's most glorious Buddhist chaityas. It is said to be 2000 years old. Painted on the four sides of the spire base are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. Next you will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see the Taleju Temple, built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 A.D.; Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction; Nautale Durbar; Nasal Chowk; Gaddi Baithak; the statue of King Pratap Malla and Jagannath.  Day 03: Sightseeing in UNESCO World Heritage Site

Today you will visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is renowned of its myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here you will see the Palace of 55 windows, the stone temple of Batsala Devi full of carvings, innumerable temples and architectural showpieces like the Lion Gate, the statue of king Bhupatindra Malla, the picture gallery and the Batsala temple. Next we will visit Patan Durbar Square, where you will marvel at the 16th century temple dedicated to the Hindu God Lord Krishna, built entirely of stone. This 21-spired temple holds a commanding position in the palace complex of Patan and is supposed to be the first specimen of Shikara style architecture in Nepal. You are dropped at Thamel. Overnight at hotel.

 Day 04: Transfer to the airport for your final departure. 

After breakfast, you are free till the time of check out. Transfer to Tribhuwan International Airport to catch your return flight.
