    The Langtang Valley is located only 19 miles north of Kathmandu, close to the border with Tibet. The valley is dominated by Langtang Lirung (7,246 meters), the highest peak in the region, and is populated ethnicity Tamang-Lama, who settled here after fleeing Chinese rule in Tibet.

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU (1340 MT)

Getting to Kathmandu is exciting and memorable experience, the panoramic view of the snowy peaks of the Himalayas will present your views. The Nepalese capital is situated in a wide valley at 1,340 meters above sea level. The airport will welcome the specialist and you will be guided to Hotel: There will be a brief informational meeting and you will make the final payment procedures and will take care of the documents there for the trekking permits. You will also have time to walk to Thamel, the tourist district of Kathmandu and mountaineering. Overnight: Manang or similar.

DAY 2 - HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL TOUR OF KATHMANDU

Breakfast in the hotel. Day visit of Kathmandu historical and cultural. Visit the Buddhist monastery of Boudhnath, the largest stupa of Nepal and the Hindu temple of Pashupatinat, place of ceremony Hindu, and then conclude with a visit to the Monkey Temple, a mix of Hinduism and Buddhism, which offers a beautiful view of Kathmandu. Visit the city of Patan, located a few kilometers from the capital. In Durbar Square are some spectacular times, dating back to the ancient imperial city, including the king's palace and the temple dedicated to the Hindu God, Krishna Mandir, built entirely of stone with inside rare sculptures.Briefing with the guide who will accompany you. DAY 3 - KATHMANDU - SYABRU BHESI (1440 MT)

After breakfast transfer by private / private jeep bus Syabru Bhesi, about 7 hours of travel. Upon our arrival, accommodation in the lodge.

DAY 4 - SYABRU BHESI - LAMA HOTEL (2748 MT)

After breakfast, we begin the trek. Following the riverbed, we pass through a rhododendron forest and tropical plants, until you arrive at Lama Hotel, a small village in the Langtang valley. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 5 - LAMA HOTEL - LANGTANG VILLAGE (3500 METERS)

quite tiring day today. Trek about 6-7 hours to the village of Langtang, the largest in the valley. Here we can buy the local cheese very similar to our smoked cheese and mozzarella. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 6 - LANGTANG VILLAGE - KYANJIN GOMPA (3900 MT)

After breakfast, trek to Kyanjin Gompa, the last village in the Langtang valley. We're right under the Langtang Ri, imposing peak of over 7,000 meters. Possibilitaà first acclimatization to 2 Kyanjin Ri (4600 meters). Here in Kyanjin we find a wonderful bakery that serves coffee, cappuccinos and excellent fruit cakes and chocolate. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 7 - ACCLIMATIZATION / TSERKO RI

Day dedicated to high altitude acclimatization of our physical. Normally, to address the high mountain syndrome and propose a beautiful day trip, we leave immediately after breakfast for Tserko Ri, the peak of almost 5,000 meters from where we really extraordinary views. Return in the evening to Kyangin and Puja at the local monastery for shipping.

DAY 8 - KYANJIN GOMPA - LAMA HOTEL

After breakfast we retrace the same route up to Lama Hotel. Overnight in lodge.

DAY 9 - LAMA HOTEL - THULO SYABRU (2210 MT)

Today, we go down to Syabru Bhesi but, before arriving in the village, we take a detour that takes us into the adjacent valley, one of Lake Gosaikunda. Overnight at the Lodge at Thulo Syabru.

DAY 10 - SYABRU VILLAGE - CYHOLANGPATI (3584 MT)

tiring day for the significant difference in height which presents itself to reach Chyolangpati. Beautiful landscape, very similar to the alpine summer. Chyolangpati we reach in the afternoon and we settle into the lodge.

DAY 11 - CHYOLANGPATI - GOSAIKUNDA OF LAKE - SHIN GOMPA (3300 MT)

Rise early, breakfast and trek to Lake Gosaikunda, located at almost 4,400 meters above sea level. We will spend a couple of hours here at the lake, visiting the area and have lunch in one of the few lodges present. After lunch, we return to Chyolangpati, where we left of our things, and we go down for a further 1 hour until Shin Gompa, nice relaxing village located at 3,300 meters above sea level. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 12 - SHIN GOMPA - DUNCHE

Last day of trekking, we reach Dunche towards lunchtime. Afternoon free for shopping and relaxation. Overnight at Guest House.

DAY 13 - DUNCHE - KATHMANDU

Wake up, breakfast and transfer rates by bus or private jeep in Kathmandu. On arrival, transfer to Hotel Vaishali or similar.Rest of the day free.

DAY 14 - VISIT OF CULTURAL BHAKTAPUR

After breakfast at the hotel we start to visit the temple of Changu Narayan and the old village that surrounds it. Along another 6 km we will find ourselves in the fantastic town of Bhaktapur and the famous Durbar Square where you can admire the famous palace with 55 windows built in 1754, the Sunko Dhoka and beautiful Hindu temples. Overnight: Hotel Manang or similar

DAY 15 - RETURN TO ITALY

Day at leisure for shopping or relax until the scheduled time. Opportunity to visit Bakthapur, the old capital. Next transfer to the airport.
