This trek, passing through the beautiful region of Langtang, has a profound cultural background and some very mountaineering, crossing dell'insidioso Ganja-La Pass, located at 5,122 meters above sea level.
Beautiful views all along the route of the massifs of Langtang Ri, the Sisha Pagma, the Langsisha Ri and Naya Khanga.

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU (1340 MT)
Getting to Kathmandu is exciting and memorable experience, the panoramic view of the snowy peaks of the Himalayas will present your views. The Nepalese capital is situated in a wide valley at 1,340 meters above sea level. The airport will welcome the specialist and you will be guided to Hotel: There will be a brief informational meeting, it will make the final payment procedures and will take care of the documents there for the trekking permits. You will also have time to walk to Thamel, the tourist district of Kathmandu and mountaineering. Overnight: Manang or similar
DAY 2 - HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL TOUR OF KATHMANDU
Breakfast in the hotel. Day visit of Kathmandu historical and cultural. Visit the Buddhist monastery of Boudhnath, the largest stupa of Nepal and the Hindu temple of Pashupatinat, place of ceremony Hindu, and then conclude with a visit to the Monkey Temple, a mix of Hinduism and Buddhism, which offers a beautiful view of Kathmandu. Visit the city of Patan, located a few kilometers from the capital. In Durbar Square are some spectacular times, dating back to the ancient imperial city, including the king's palace and the temple dedicated to the god Hindu, Krishna Mandir, built entirely of stone with inside rare sculptures.After visiting the city, briefing with the guide who will accompany you during the trek. DAY 3 - KATHMANDU - SYABRU BHESI (1440 MT)
After breakfast transfer by private / private jeep bus Syabru Bhesi, about 7 hours of travel. Upon our arrival, accommodation in the lodge.
DAY 4 - SYABRU BHESI - LAMA HOTEL (2748 MT)
After breakfast, we begin the trek. Following the riverbed, we pass through a rhododendron forest and tropical plants, until you arrive at Lama Hotel, a small village in the Langtang valley. Overnight at the lodge.
DAY 5 - LAMA HOTEL - LANGTANG VILLAGE (3500 METERS)
quite tiring day today. Trek about 6-7 hours to the village of Langtang, the largest in the valley. Here we can buy the local cheese very similar to our smoked cheese and mozzarella. Overnight at the lodge.
DAY 6 - LANGTANG VILLAGE - KYANJIN GOMPA (3900 MT)
After breakfast, trek to Kyanjin Gompa, the last village in the Langtang valley. We're right under the Langtang Ri, imposing peak of over 7,000 meters. Possibility of acclimatization to the first 2 Kyanjin Ri (4,600 meters). Here in Kyanjin we find a wonderful bakery that serves coffee, cappuccinos and excellent fruit cakes and chocolate. Overnight at the lodge.
DAY 7 - ACCLIMATIZATION / TSERKO RI
Day dedicated to high altitude acclimatization of our physical. Normally, to address the high mountain syndrome and propose a beautiful day trip, we leave immediately after breakfast for Tserko Ri, the peak of almost 5,000 meters from where we really extraordinary views. Return in the evening to Kyangin and Puja at the local monastery for shipping.
DAY 8 - KYANJIN GOMPA - GANJA THE PHEDI (4300 MT - 6 HOURS)
After breakfast, we walk to the riverbed Langtang and cross it. We begin the climb through rhododendron forests. The rise time is very dependent on season since, in the winter, it may take a long time to cross some sections covered with snow. We arrive in Ganja The Phedi and settle our camp.
DAY 9 - THE GANJA PHEDI - GANJA THE PASS (5122 M) - KELDANG (4250 METERS - 7 HOURS)
Today the day is tiring. We must cross the treacherous Ganja La Pass, located at 5,122 meters above sea level. This step is covered with snow for most of the year and is located in a rocky moraine. From here we can enjoy spectacular views of Langtang, the Sisha Pagma and other peaks of over 7,000 meters. After crossing the pass, we descend towards Keldang where we settle into the lodge.
DAY 10 - KELDANG - YAK KHARKA (4000 M - 5.30 HOURS)
quiet and relaxing day than the previous two days. Long descent to Yak Kharka, where we arrive in the early afternoon.Accommodation in lodge.
DAY 11 - YAK KHARKA - TARKE GYANG (2590 MT - 6 HOURS)
Today we descend to about 1,500 meters. The vegetation changes abruptly and returns one of the first tropical days. We reach the destination in the afternoon and we settle into the lodge.
DAY 12 - TARKE GYANG - SERMATHANG (2610 MT - 4 HOURS)
After breakfast we begin our trek, aimed now at the end. We cross wonderful Tamang villages, we are in dell'Helambu region.We continue to Sermathang, and cross yet Sherpa villages, such as Gangyul. The inhabitants of this small town practice of the current Buddhist Drukpa Kagyu, the same one that is practiced in Bhutan. Arrival in Sermathang in the afternoon and accommodation in the lodge.
DAY 13 - SERMATHANG - MALEMCHI PUUL BAZAAR AND TRANSFER IN KATHMANDU (4 HOURS TREK - 2 HOURS DRIVE)
Today is the last day of the trek. Only 3-4 hours of walking to reach Malemchi, hence transfer to private van (min. 5 persons) to Kathmandu. Manang hotel accommodation or similar.
DAY 14 - CULTURAL VISIT A BHAKTAPUR
After breakfast at the hotel we start to visit the temple of Changu Narayan and the old village that surrounds it. Along another 6 km we will find ourselves in the fantastic town of Bhaktapur and the famous Durbar Square where you can admire the famous palace with 55 windows built in 1754, the Sunko Dhoka and beautiful Hindu temples. DAY 15 - RETURN
Breakfast at hotel and free morning for last minute shopping in Thamel area. Transfer to the airport 3 hours before international flight and return to Italy.
